As part of your personal training I will also give you nutritional advice. I will monitor your diet by using a weekly food diary, we will then look and see what can be done to ensure you are eating the right foods and are having a varied and tasty diet. 

I don’t believe in cutting out all things you enjoy, eating healthy is a way of life and I hope to teach you how to do this and still enjoy a little treat!!!
