 RESISTANCE TRAINING Many women are afraid of using weights because they think they will “bulk up “ however resistance training has many advantages, it will increase your strength and tone up your body, it also increases your bone density which helps against osteoporosis and speeds up your metabolism which with a healthy diet can help with weight loss. As your personal trainer I will asses your personal ability and goals and design a programme to suit you. We will use a wide range of equipment such as resistance bands, stability ball and free weights to ensure it is always fun and varied. 
CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING In the gym I have a treadmill, x trainer and 2 spin bikes all you need for a great cardio workout, Cardiovascular training will improve your health in variety of ways it will help to lower your blood pressure, improve stamina and keep your heart healthy.
